  • EXCHANGES MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE
    Items can be exchanged for product of equal or greater value only
  • NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE
    Opened consumable items such as batteries, screen guards, prepaid phones, etc.
    Opened media such as memory cards, computer software, movies, music, video games, etc.
    Pre-paid cards such as music, photo, video, phone cards, etc.
    Car/Home chargers (can be exchanged for the same item only)
    Ear-buds or any in-ear device (can only be exchanged and only if defective)
    Merchandise damaged through customer abuse or neglect
    Merchandise missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, and/or components
  • DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
    Defective items may be exchanged only, exchange must be for product of equal or greater value. All defective items must include; original packaging, all accessories, components and manuals.
  • PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:
    Returns for product that included promotional item(s) in original sale must have those items(s) returned also or the value of such item(s) will be deducted from the refund
  • Re-Stocking Fee:
    A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all opened items. Example, a $25.00 pair of opened headphones will incur a $5.00 re-stocking fee.
  • Credit Card Returns:
    Credit card returns of $100.00 or less may be returned at any I-Tech store. All returns over $100.00 will be issued a check from the I-Tech Service Center.
  • In-Store Return:
    Merchandise may be returned to any I-Tech store. All items must be returned in the original packaging and include all accessories, components and manuals.
  • Mail-in Return:
    Merchandise may also be returned through mail by contacting the I-Tech Service Center. All items must be returned in the original packaging and include all accessories, components and manuals.
  • Personal Data:
    Please remove all personal data (i.e. notebook computers, mp3 player or wireless phone data) from any returned products. I-Tech is not responsible for any personal data left on returned merchandise.
  • I-Tech Discretion:
    I-Tech reserves the right to refuse any return
